R Stuffie - Free Crochet Pattern

Materials Needed:

Yarn

· Worsted weight yarn, approx. 185yds/100g

Extras

· 3.50mm hook

· Scissors

· Tapestry Needle

· Stuffing


Stitches Key:

sc – single crochet

Inc – increase/2 single crochet in the same stitch

Dec – decrease/single crochet 2 together

sc3tog – single crochet 3 together

ch/s – chain/s

st/s – stitch/es

sl st – slip stitch


Gauge:

15.5 sc and 16 rows = 4 inches


Size:

Finished letter is approx. 15” tall by 7” wide


Notes:

·         Ch 1 at the beginning of each row does not count as st

·         ch 1 and turn at the end of every row unless otherwise marked

·         when stitching together the pieces make sure to stick your hook through BOTH pieces to make sure they’re sewn together and you will stitch in every row and stitch around the panels, applying any special notes indicated in that portion of the pattern

·         always attach yarn with a slip st into the wrong side of the last row made

Place your panels, wrong sides together, make sure the letter is “the right way” facing towards you when stitching together.
